7-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on all unstitched fabric products, provided:
- The fabric has not been cut, washed, or stitched
- Original packaging is intact
- Tags and labels are attached
How to Return
- WhatsApp us at +92 335 4107353 with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will arrange a pickup from your doorstep (free for defective items)
- Once received and inspected, refund is processed within 3–5 business days
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued via JazzCash / Easypaisa / Bank Transfer — we will confirm your preferred method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Fabric that has been cut or altered
- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Items without original packaging
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.
